About this Location
The USO Warrior and Family Center at Fort Belvoir in Virginia is the largest USO in the world, with more than 22,000 square feet dedicated to serving our nation’s wounded, ill and injured troops, their families and caregivers, as well as active-duty and military families. It includes classrooms, an ADA-compliant kitchen and dining room, a community events space and healing gardens. Additionally, USO National Capital District, in partnership with the Army, is proud to launch the first MilSpouse Remote Workspace, a dedicated co-working space for military spouses at our Warrior and Family Center.

I've had many great experiences volunteering... from attending a service with fellow USO volunteers at the Fort Myer Old Post Chapel held for a man who had been identified from the Pearl Harbor Attacks... to each time I spend greeting and assisting incoming Yellow Ribbon families at Reagan.
