Project USO Elf

Project USO Elf

Project USO Elf is a wish list matching program that pairs our youngest patriots ages 1-15 with generous community and corporate donors to make their holiday dreams come true! Paired donors select gifts up to $50 from a military child’s wish list to be distributed at local USO Centers, decked out for the day with food, games, crafts, and tons of holiday spirit.

A few pieces of important information

  1. EACH CHILD MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY REGISTERED for this event. Please fill out the registration form for EACH child to be entered in the lottery.

  2. The number of children registered does not affect your chances of being chosen in the lottery. Please do not enter each child in more than once- this will not help your chances in the lottery

  3. Annual registration is open from mid-October to the beginning of November. Winners will be notified by the first week in November.

  4. This program is available to active duty service members, E-1 to E-6, stationed in the DMV only. Command referral may be accepted for higher ranks with special conditions.
