Fall Festival celebrations kicked off at USO-Metro locations across the National Capital Region with festivities at USO Warrior and Family Center at Fort Belvoir welcoming nearly 2,200 military and their families.
The festivities ranged from cupcake competitions, giveaways, live entertainment, pumpkin patches and more.
Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated provided complimentary food and entertainment for thousands of attendees at Fort Belvoir.
“We like to say that our mini bottles might be small, but our love and gratitude for the military is enormous,” said Christi McGee, Vice President of Community Advocacy at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated. “We’re so fortunate as a company and as teammates to live, to work and to operate in this great country. It’s the very least that we can do.”
“Thank you to Coca-Cola, thank you to all of the volunteers and everyone that make this possible,” said Casey Pizzuto, USO Warrior and Family Center at Fort Belvoir Manager. “It is a team effort.”
